At CMYK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit your style or size, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your CMYK account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
